PowerGen Corp. respects your privacy. This website is an informational site for a power generation asset exchange and is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we do — and, more importantly, what we do not — with any information you share.
Information we collect
We do not operate a server-side database or account system on this site. The enquiry forms open your own email client with a pre-filled message; nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send that email. When you do, we receive only the information you include — typically your name, company, email address, and the details of your requirement or your asset.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or fingerprinting. Your browser may cache static assets for performance, but we do not use that to identify you.
How we use your information
Information you send us is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a potential transaction. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Seller information is held confidentially and is not published: we publish assets, not owners.
Data room access
Access to the data room is granted under mutual non-disclosure agreement. Information you provide when requesting access is used to identify the counterparty and to prepare that agreement.
